I’m only 10 lbs different in each of these photos, with 2 years apart. 195 lbs vs 185lbs 2021 ➡️ 2023 Eating ancestrally will help you completely recomp your body. Eating more meat and fruit is great, but isn’t enough. You need to reject seed oils and control your environment.
