i hate applying for jobs because the employers are always like: do you enjoy working in a stressful environment???? do you strive for unobtainable standards of perfection???? are you good at dealing with people that make you feel extremely uncomfortable???

I don’t understand why we cannot enforce mandatory COVID vaccinations for hospital employees. We require other vaccines. This is not reinventing the wheel. Quite frankly if you’re refusing the vaccine you do not belong anywhere near a hospital. For both health & ethical reasons.
