Leasehold flats have become toxic. Buyers are not mugs, why take the chance on a property that, may very well become a millstone around your neck. The government is quickly running out of time on leasehold reform before a leasehold property crash, probably already started.

Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Gov 5 million leaseholders are trapped in unsellable leasehold properties. Change to Commonhold as The Labour Party promised in it's manifesto and you will restart the housing sales market.

Here is a barrier for you to smash down, management fees on unadopted estates, homeowners paying for public amenities on top of full council tax. We were told a small fee for grass cutting!
