Day 18, and still no sign that Stannah Lifts can repair the lift at my son's house at Epilepsy Society. Means he and his nine fellow residents on the first floor have had hugely restricted freedom. There's a 24 hour emergency contract in place apparently. Come on Stannah Lifts
