I just got very overexcited at the Teacher Tapp stand at the Festival of Education 🇬🇧 so much so that they gave me a badge once I'd told them about my 1197 day streak!

Just been to a great session on metacognition with Dicey Wood and Katie Robbins, lots of practical ideas to take back to school! #EducationFest

We had the last Stepping Up Leadership session today. Colleagues presented their action research projects and I was blown away by the work they've been doing, it was amazing! The impact on the students will be school-wide and powerful.

So lovely to have been able to reinstate Blind Date with a Book for staff today - I really enjoyed sneaking the books staffroom for colleagues to discover at the end of the day 😀📚♥️

Checkpoint all set up for the annual hills walk, now just need to wait for the students to arrive!

Popped to Worcester Cathedral to light a candle in memory of my dad. Got chatting to 2 ladies at the sustainability fair who it turned out were St Richard's Hospice volunteers, the same place that helped me 25 years ago when he died. They gave me a hug & made me smile, wonderful timing ♥️

I've really enjoyed working my way through the Penguin Green Ideas books this year, lots of ideas and new knowledge to digest 🌳🌱🌍🤓
