Advocates have been asking and I learned today that NYC Parks gave workers permission to park temporarily on Grand Army Plaza, where cars are not allowed. Why not dedicate existing street parking for the workers? Been going on for weeks. Please no #grandarmyparking. TA Brooklyn (TABK)

I interrupted a cop playing on his phone and asked him to move his vehicle out of the crosswalk. He responded with the most dumbfounded face, looked around, and then said he wasn't blocking the crosswalk. You be the judge. Is he blocking pedestrians?

The Livingston St bus lane used to be full of parked cars before it was redesigned. Unfortunately, the new Livingston St bus lane is also full of parked cars.

Wealthy real estate developers say there’s ā€œno chance in hellā€ they could support deeply affordable housing, safe places for kids to play, environmentally sustainable buildings, and so much more. Watch us work. therealdeal.com/new-york/2024/…

My other favorite amenities: repercussions for deferred repairs and sub-par building maintenance, or you know, getting rid of brokers fees (particularly when I show myself the apartment and never actually meet the broker, ever). Just the little things for me please!
