I worry about the lobbying for masks. Well used as protection they are a boon. Poorly used they become unhygienic & a source of viral infection - I have seen people putting used masks in their pockets for later use doubtless getting virus on their hands for further spread

PHE was set up by statute. You need Parliament to dissolve it and to create a successor. But Parliament has not been recalled. The fact that the government can do all of this without Parliament just shows how much power they have given themselves. Everyone should be worried.
