Funding tech debt initiatives is not hard, if the work is clearly articulated and engineers can present things as tractable problems with reasonable solutions, vs yelling “TECH DEBT!!!” into the void.

Finally tried HammerSpoon today (a MacOS scripting tool). Very impressed with its capabilities and the quality of its documentation. Open source at its best.

As a team with non-binary and immigrant individuals, in meetings and collaborations our names are continually mispronounced and pronouns are often assumed.. Big shout out to name.pn - such a handy tool and energy saver for having to correct people!
