I'd noticed a few users were not finishing their profiles once they reached the optional "pronunciation" stage. So, from today the stages have been reordered and you're given the chance to leave early as soon as you've filled out the mandatory bits. Let me know what you think!

As a team with non-binary and immigrant individuals, in meetings and collaborations our names are continually mispronounced and pronouns are often assumed.. Big shout out to name.pn - such a handy tool and energy saver for having to correct people!
