Shane Parrish I read a lot, so it’s hard to choose but I would say “My Promise to Alex” by Jody Hudson and “The Invisible Kindom” by Meghan O'Rourke meghanor.bsky.social were the most moving books I read in 2022. They both share the NEED for compassion/understanding for patients with chronic “invisible” illnesses.
