.Russell Group It would be helpful if you gave examples of what you consider 'transphobic' as opposed to 'gender critical', given that your 'genuine mistake' suggests you consider the two to be so similar as to be interchangeable.

The DWP is being investigated for possible breaches of equality law by EHRC in the way it treats disabled people. Hard working charities have to work to fill the gap. Disabled people should not suffer indignity as a result of a flawed benefits system.

What on earth is going on here Russell Group. Legitimate speech protected by law being described as unlawful? Have your lawyers been asleep for 3 years?
