This car was stolen in the early hours of this morning…unlucky for the offender as he came straight in my direction, stinger deployed within 7 minutes of the original theft and after being pursued by traffic there’s now 1 in custody 🚓 #HedgehogsRevenge 🦔 #4

First stolen car recovered within half an hour of the shift with a helping hand from the new #ANPR cameras. Admittedly wouldn’t have known otherwise. Big step in the right direction, just need to figure out how to get them to see around corners 🧐

Final thought.... a member of the public will see around 3-5 traumatic things in their life. A police officer experiences 400-600 in a 30-year career. Don't keep all this in and speak out. Sometimes supervisors, friends, and colleagues, too. Watch for those signs

#JAILED | A 19-year-old was caught driving a cloned Volkswagen by one of our B Unit Response Officers in Dudley. Checks found he was disqualified only a few hours before! He was arrested and remanded, and has been given a 10 month custodial sentence.

#ARREST | This cloned car failed to stop for #BUnitResponse last night. With the support of @TrafficWMP, the car was pursued. They decamped🏃‍♂️ but PD Buzz swiftly detained 2 🐕 and the other 2 located by officers. The car was stolen, the 4 males remain in custody. Log 76

#RECOVERED | We had a vehicle fail to stop for us in Brierley Hill. Enquiries allowed us to identify the driver. We chose to wait patiently outside his address. Shortly after, he returns in the vehicle with no licence or insurance 🤦‍♂️ driver reported to court. #BUnitResponse
