I got a reply today from Evan Gershkovich in Lefortovo prison via Polina Ivanova and Friends of Evan. It’s dated July 25 and contains his hallmark wit and modesty. It will be 18 weeks tomorrow since his wrongful detention in Russia. He should be back with friends and family.

For recovering objects off the sea floor in deeper water, the Navy relies on what it calls remote-operated vehicles, such as the one it used to salvage a crashed F-35 Joint Strike Fighter in about 12,400 feet in the South China Sea.

Oxford Business College, unaffiliated with the elite school nearby, makes millions, largely by recruiting immigrants. It and other schools like it operate in an opaque corner of the U.K. education system.

Here is our story. Please read & share. Migration management is a major policy challenge, but violating the law, brutalizing people & radicalizing your authorities & your voters cannot be the answer.
