I am so lucky I got to spend time with Robert, to dance with him, listen to his records, hear him perform “Man Like Other Men,” go to shows with him, argue with him, absorb his stories about his many amazing feats of Rolling Stones fandom.

Goodbye to the most badass rocknroller, the man whom the machine never got hold of, who centered his life around his passions for music, film and theater, who worked according to his beliefs and never let convention or fear color his observations of the world.
