Has anyone else been having an issue with Kindle Direct Publishing review teams? They ask for proof of copyright, I prove it is out of copyright then after 5 days they refuse it on grounds I haven’t supplied for countries I’ve not asked them to publish it in! I’ve only asked for Uk publishing!
