This week P7 pupils St Columbas Primary School are joining in the Young STEM Leader challenges. Day 1’s theme was ‘Discover’ so they explored some careers with a STEM focus and had a go at some challenges. West Lothian STEM

Day 2 of the Young STEM Leader challenge was CREATE. This morning P7 pupils were given a range of STEAM challenges linked to our WW1 Topic. Some created model war aircrafts, some designed submarines while others made tanks. Well done P7 St Columbas Primary School

Day 3 of Young STEM Leader. Today’s theme was INSPIRE. P7 pupils St Columbas Primary School carried out research on different scientists based on their own ‘I wonder’ questions. Pupils recorded their findings by creating a sway, a pic collage or an adobe video.
