Busy day of work at the office, job interviewing and most importantly, delivering a bit of much needed chocolate and a mocha to one of my lovely colleagues who’s broken an ankle and off for 6 weeks.

1 week to go and delighted to announce all 12 spaces provisionally filled for our Flourish & Thrive programme. Over the course of 8 weeks we’ll be encouraging each other along in a journey to renewed confidence, more connection and increased #employability. Can’t wait!

It’s week 2 of our Flourish & Thrive programme + we’ve already had some powerful feedback from women. This message really shows the amount of love+care in the group... Today we’re making vision boards and exploring work experience placements. Come on ladies, we’ve got this!

🤩 Today was epic! We loved working on this order for Channel 4 - from illustration to boxing them up, so much fun and so great to see organisations like C4 supporting our #socialenterprise, helping us create life changing employment and opportunities for women.

Grateful that we can gift women £80 towards attire for job interviews/the workplace. One woman went shopping today &bought trousers, blouse +shoes. Apparently it feels ‘a bit weird’ to wear but looks nice. Needed ahead of her interview next week. Gifted Women
