Pause Liverpool and Wirral have created these discreet self-harm prevention packs for women Each pack contains a first aid kit, self-help guide, fidget bracelet and some rubber bands. Women can carry the small pack in their bag, in case they have intrusive thoughts 💚

A brilliant session with CoramBAAF - attended by 80 professionals from children's social care - about trauma-informed support for birth parents and actions to ensure it never happens more than once.
