MPD chief confirms 1 person is dead and 6 are hurt. The shooter got into a car and fled. He hasn’t been caught yet. The weapon was a high velocity rifle. The chief says the shooter was targeting someone in the group, but wouldn’t confirm it’s the person who’s dead. KARE 11
