Eek- Southwest Airlines canceled a connecting flight (BUF-BWI-ORD) and didn't even acknowledge it with the reservation update. Extremely disappointed with the poor experience.

What in the actual heck Southwest Airlines - the automatic re-booking failed, you said it wouldn't be done until MAY 3rd (5 days!) and when I called to re-book, the flight was sold out. RIDICULOUS.
