What are you doing to keep your people engaged as a team? One leader I know used to go out with his team for social hour on Friday. Now, he does it virtually. His people love it. It’s not perfect but it’s workable. #engagement #talentretention

I’m more concerned about your people’s well-being than I am about the aspect of employee retention. That being said, if you take steps to be there for your people as part of your employee retention strategies, you will build employee retention and employee loyalty as well.

The solution for organizations is to start ASKING employees what they want as the pandemic starts to ease. Some employees are perfectly fine 😊 working 100% at home 🏡. Others want to be in the office 🏢 all the time or have some sort of blend. ASK!!

If you are a CEO…you need to do those Virtual Town Halls. Many “regular” employees tell me that after the initial panic, the frequency of Virtual Town Halls has dropped. Big mistake! Start doing them regularly. Your people need that sense of community. #leadership #hr

”I’m happy in my role.” In fact, this person likes her job, enjoys her co-workers and her boss, and thinks well of the organization. She is a HARD worker. These are the people that make up the bedrock of your employee retention strategies…or they should be. #humanresources
