The solution for organizations is to start ASKING employees what they want as the pandemic starts to ease. Some employees are perfectly fine 😊 working 100% at home 🏡. Others want to be in the office 🏢 all the time or have some sort of blend. ASK!!

If you are a CEO…you need to do those Virtual Town Halls. Many “regular” employees tell me that after the initial panic, the frequency of Virtual Town Halls has dropped. Big mistake! Start doing them regularly. Your people need that sense of community. #leadership #hr
