Ruling: Judge denies the petition for custody of the 13 dogs.

Statement from Arizona Humane Society:

Here is how the process will work with the court. Judge issued an abandonment order for 34 dogs that McLaughlin/McKinley did not want. The reunification process begins. There will be a judgement issued on the 13 dogs that the court denied McLaughlin custody of. She can appeal.

And here is the abandonment order for the other 34 dogs McLaughlin withdrew her request for. Arizona Humane Society can start reuniting them with former owners or rescues.
