Tell us something we didn’t know. Uplift is a gross waste of public money to deliver a political gimmick and pays officers double to do what #PoliceStaff once did. Staff give consistency and expertise in roles where a warrant card is worthless. What’s happening is disgusting!

Police Staff in England and Wales have voted resoundingly to accept the 7% pay offer from the employers. Thank you to all who participated, please see the announcement below. We are urging forces to work hard to ensure that the award is realised in the September pay.
