As a visionary, I had to learn to be careful of who I share my visions with. Not everyone can see what I see, and that's ok. But I definitely need to protect myself from doubters and those who can't contribute constructively to the vision until it becomes a reality.

Don't stay in a toxic work environment longer than necessary. Do whatever you need to do to find another job as soon as possible. A toxic work environment will ruin your physical health, your relationships, steal your happiness, and destroy your mental health.

Even if you think you can "take it", or you are sure it is not going to get to you, it will adversely affect you. Don't let a toxic work environment become "normal", and try hard to not internalize the toxic culture.
