It's striking how much chronic illness involves inflammation, #BrainEnergy issues and immune dysregulation. The reason these illnesses are chronic is that we don't know how to fix that. Not good news for anyone who gets #LongCovid

We are social animals. We feel safe in groups with matched behaviours & trust leaders who project calm control. Anxiety may be a normal, rational reaction to a devastating threat, but it is counterproductive in leaders campaigning for solutions.
