I can’t make it to the March for Water today, but remember that the March isn’t just about sewage. Highway runoff is toxic, and washes into rivers from ~1million outfalls every time it rains. We must address all sources of pollution if we want clean rivers March for Clean Water

Janet Manning đź’™ Estimates vary on this but the answer is it takes a lot of water to make plastic, in terms of making the plastic itself, drilling and refining oil & natural gas as source materials, making petrochemicals, water used in energy generation for all these energy intensive processes.
