Been thinking about how to help those in Ukraine - both @chesser_22 and Ben Finegold Ⓥ are pushing for a charity day and I'm in. I'm calling on the wider chess community to come forward to help. Hoping to do this on March 1 - first day back in Florida - 12 hour stream planned!

Why is it important to have a #chess coach when you have access to Stockfish for free? 👨‍💻 99% of mistakes are in your thinking process. A stronger player will quickly notice it and point it out. 🤯 An engine can only tell you if your move is good or not. 🤖

In 2019, I was leading the U16 World Youth championships in Mumbai, got food poisoning, lost 3 games in a row. I laid by the pool and it started raining. Then it started thundering, some of my friends tried to drag me inside but I stayed there for hours.

Emilchess You did the bare minimum expected of a rational human by saying Kramnik’s reaction to Danya’s passing was appalling and shameless. Instead of second-guessing what other chess players may or may not have done, why don’t you focus on what you, as the CEO of FIDE, could have done
