And the award for the worst customer service I have ever *ever* experienced goes to tado° ... incredible - been trying to order a system since blackfriday, charged twice, emails from staff who haven't read the case file asking dumb Qs, charged twice, phoneline slammed. Shameful.

This is nonsense and your staff are either overwhelmed, not given the information they need to perform reasonable service or educationally sub-normal. You seriously need to get people on the phone to talk cases through when they go wrong. It absolutely is not being dealt with.
