I welcome that the U.S. House of Representatives has approved a major new package of aid to #Ukraine . Ukraine is using the weapons provided by #NATO Allies to destroy Russian combat capabilities. This makes us all safer, in Europe & North America.

Last night, Russia launched another massive attack on peaceful Ukrainian cities. Dnipro and the region were under attack. Residential buildings and civilian objects were damaged by missiles and combat UAVs. As of 10:00 a.m., 9 people have been killed, including three children. 29

The @CoE Parliamentary Assembly *unanimously* adopts a resolution calling for frozen Russian state assets to be transferred to a new fund to reconstruct Ukraine.
