New from the #DasGuptaLab Notre Dame Science! Dr. Annyesha Biswas built fluorescent sensors with RNA that glow green (or red) only in the presence of lead, with limits of detection <1 ppb. Sensors are easy-to-use and fast-acting. Device integration coming soon. pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…

Overjoyed to share my love for RNA and the Origins of Life with the creators of tomorrow. When your science comics ignites the curiosity and creativity of young minds, you know you have succeeded as a science communicator. Upwards arghya manna!

In some ways, your PreAward person is like your therapist. They have a list of all your failures, and are paid so you can delude yourself into thinking that you will succeed the next time. #newPI
