A renowned pharmacologist, Sabine Hadida serves as senior vice president and San Diego site head at Vertex Pharmaceuticals.

Hadida will receive an honorary degree at the 179th University Commencement Ceremony.

The Museum of Biodiversity recently received a donation of 88 taxidermied birds, an African lion, and a giraffe from Greensboro Science Center in Greensboro, NC.
