Out on the water today for summer requal number 20, just in time for peak season. Awesome to do my requal with Williamstown Life Member Neil Emmett, who is doing an incredible requal number 47!

Simon was CEO at #MSAC when I started in the industry aged 15. Never too busy to come and speak to his staff, he showed me what authentic leadership was. He was the first to show that elite sport could exist alongside community in sports facilities. Vale an industry titan.
