A 16 year youth, a member of a gang who allegedly bashed a man at Melton, has been given bail .
He was with 3 other youths who were armed with machetes, knives, a hammer and baseball bat. They attacked a 21 yearold man. It's the 3rd time the youth has been granted bail.

Questions .. Who is this staffer, why did she do this and what made her think this was ok ?.
