Yesterday, the House of Lords passed Baroness Kidron's transparency amendment to the Data Bill. ISM Chief Exec and CRA Chair Deborah Annetts welcomed the result and urged govt to 'show global leadership by ensuring innovation does not risk creativity': creatorsrightsalliance.org/news#data-bill

The The Labour Party government has rejected - for the third time - requirements for AI companies to disclose their training data. These had been proposed by an overwhelming majority in the House of Lords, and were supported by *all* other parties. They were supported by huge numbers


Great to see Women & Equalities Committee endorsing what ISM has been saying since 2018 & our groundbreaking report Dignity 1. Last Govt failed to act on report from Women & Equalities Committee . Now we need action from Justin Madders on NDAs and better protection for freelancers to stop misogyny in music
