SPC tornado driven high risk is up for eastern Arkansas…. Outlook wording: “Scattered thunderstorms will likely develop by late afternoon with these rapidly evolving into supercells. Strong to potentially violent tornadoes are forecast with a few long-tracked supercells.”

There will likely be more tornado tracks identified in Arkansas over the next couple days and it would not surprise me to see the final number close to 13-15 tornadoes. That certainly meets my definition of an “outbreak” #ARWX
