I arrived to work today to discover a £7 per hour pay rise. A 40% increase... almost overnight. There are no drivers, things are about to get a bit tasty. Completely unsustainable, of course, so guess what happens to prices next? All your shit comes by lorry. All of it.

It would be exciting news if Blue Islands could also offer much more competitive fares. Currently their fares are far too expensive. A larger aircraft capacity should make lower fares possible otherwise competition is needed from other operators on key routes like Southampton….

Just looking at latest labour market numbers. Going back to December 2017 before onegov etc, there were 52,010 private sector jobs & 7,780 public sector . So growth since then in private sector 5% but in public sector 21%. Scary stuff.
