Right now 100% of the patients on our Critical Care Covid unit are unvaccinated. They are young. All between 30 - 57 years old. All eligible for a vaccine. Severe covid is a preventable disease. Please get the Jab and when asked get a booster.

5% pay rise for a band 5 nurse starting salary of £27,055 annually is £1352. Realistically about £65 a month better off. With energy bills being £100s a month more expensive. Will be interesting to see how it plays out but it’s hardly inspiring…
