The internet has shifted what it means to be a creator. A creator does not work hard all day to figure out what they should pursue. A creator is someone who figures out what they want to pursue so it doesn't feel like hard work.

Creativity is more about ruling out a solution than finding one that works for you. It's your constructive actions that help you find your creative texture. Do more of the things that make you feel good so you get good at it rather than rely on what you're supposedly good at.

Notice the calling for outer display. The external displays of wealth, power and freedom to fill emotional voids is a sign of inner poverty. When you're internally lacking or empty the exterior loudly justifies your existence.

Humans don't exist to find "content". We exist to find each other.

A thought I've been reflecting on: Avoid self-help for true transformation. Is self-help entertainment or transformation?

Social media feels draining because you spread your attention to people who do not care about you. It's less about chasing the journey towards a stage to arrive bruised and broken. To be the best at your craft explore the only person that matters. You.

When the mind becomes your surroundings, you begin to want what others have. There is no purity in your pursuit so the journey becomes a misery. The thing that lights you up is not the average of your surroundings. It's from a place so pure that no one can prescribe it to you.

If most people think you’re weird, you’re doing something right.

What you create has nothing to do with what anyone else is creating. The sooner you realise this, the sooner you'll stop being afraid of what others are doing.

“Success” vs “failure” has become a thing of its own. If only you could see the things that will give it to you quite easily you’ll stop trying to “succeed”

You don’t need to glorify hard work when it’s peaceful getting to where you know you want to go. Hard work is for people who don’t know where they want to go but reward themselves with a heroic badge.

All how to’s lead to one fundamental problem. You avoid working out shit for yourself. So you will always live a life based on someone else’s truth. A cycle of how to’s, from one desire to another. You deserve time, space and experimentation.
