Finally just managed to speak to collections at Volkswagen Financial Services UK Asked them to let me know what was happening about my return of vehicle as ended PCP agreement on 9/7/20.

Told by Volkswagen Financial Services UK they hadn’t received any request to return vehicle (done online as they weren’t answering phone) but would start the process today. Told it would be collected in 4 - 6 weeks (maybe longer) but I should keep it safe for them until then, tax MOT insure!!

Having covered many roles within the British Transport Police Insp Gross enjoys her role as duty officer the most! She looks forward to the start of every day as anything can happen! Outside of work she likes to do Body Pump (I had to google it) and drinking gin (didn’t have to google that)!
