While carrying out intelligence based searches in the area near the schools’ compound, Israel Defense Forces troops found a large amount of weapons: rifles, explosives and military vests of the enemy. Additionally, they located UNRWA bags containing explosives meant to be used in attacks.

Today, the IDF and ISA rescued the hostage Qaid Farhan Alkadi, aged 52, from Rahat, who was abducted by the Hamas terror organization into the Gaza Strip on October 7th. He is in a stable medical condition and is being transferred for medical checks at a hospital.
