This afternoon's conversation with States of Change and Canada School of Public Service brought back fond memories of our time as GC Entrepreneurs. Thanks to Impact Canada Jesper Christiansen @elena_oyon @DimSocially marco steinberg and of course all the GC Entrepreneur (no longer active) for the learning and the memories.

So much resonance. You can blitzscale to early change (pioneering as Simon Wardley and the mapping community would describe it), but you can't deeply instantiate, sustain and grow change without empathy. (And, btw, it needn't hinder early change either.) @piacandrews for President.
