AT&T Help First an AT&T employee sells me a hotspot with a plan that is not even available and caused me $2,100 in overage. That was suppose to get addressed this week. Woke up today without service. This is unbelievable we have been loyal customers for over 15 years.

AT&T Help I’m in the NFL and need to know what’s going on and can’t even communicate properly with a phone with no service. We have been patient while you guys have tried to resolve the issue but this is too much. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to fix an error by YOUR staff.

AT&T Help we have never missed a payment or had our phones turned off until now and it’s because your employee sold us a plan that’s not even real! I need my service turned back on ASAP or we will just have to switch providers. This is unacceptable
