Bandipora Police is relentless in its pursuit to weed out the menace of drug pedding. Hitting out at the illegally acquired property of drug peddlers through NDPS Act.

One drug peddler namely Rashid Ahmed Kuchay S/o Mehrajdin Kuchay R/o Ellahibagh Soura Srinagar arrested, 1000 Capsules of contraband drug Spasmo Proxyvon Plus & drug proceeds worth ₹ 36290 recovered from his possession. FIR 35/2023 u/s 8,21,22 NDPS Act registered at Harwan PS.

During investigation of Case FIR No. 35/2023 u/s 8,21,22 of NDPS Act, this accused disclosed name of another peddler Ishfaq Ahmad Dar S/o Abdul Majid Dar R/o Ellahi bagh Soura. On his disclosure 150 grams of Charas was recovered from Ishfaq in presence of Magistrate.

One drug peddler namely Attaullah Phamda S/o Gulzar Ahmad Phamda R/o Faqir Gujri arrested and Charas recovered from his possession. FIR No 45/2023 u/s 8/20 NDPS Act registered at Harwan PS.

During the investigation of FIR No. 45/2023 under sections 8/20-29 NDPS Act of Harwan PS, 2 more drug peddlers namely Mubarak phamda and Altaf phamda both of Faqir Gujri arrested with 105 grams of charas. #saynotodrugs
