BASI PAKHALA (ବାସି ପଖାଳ)
Made up of leftover rice which is basically kept in a humid place for 8-9 hours for better fermentation. It has distinct aroma which enhances the taste and can be served as it is without any seasoning. (3/n)

Made up of freshly cooked rice,later served by adding few drops of lime juice or curd according to someone’s choice. Can be taken either warm or cool. (4/n)
