To celebrate Social Prescribing Day on Wed 19th March 2025, our CLW team will be at Port Glasgow Health Centre 9.00 am - 11.00 am, Greenock Health & Care Centre from 11.30 am - 1.30 pm and at Gourock Health Centre from 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm. Pop along to say hello. Inverclyde HSCP
