Question for all the Conversational AI designers out there: Is there anything you ever design into your flows that your implementation team often rejects or changes because of the level of difficulty or limitations of your conversational AI Vendor?

Nothing takes me back and makes me shiver more than this preferred qualification: “Ability to attend some night-time meetings including occasional weekend coverage for high level escalations as needed.”

The amount of work and hacks people are willing to do to make it look like they didn't use ChatGPT to write their content or avoid Google "knowing" their content is written by AI is.....a lot more than it would take to actually write something....I'm just saying.
