Can we take a moment & talk abt what a terrible job #SanFrancisco is doing in regards to #SmallBusinesses The city has had massive tech layoffs & bank failures #SVB & no one is talking abt how this is negatively affecting #SmallBiz ⬇️

Let me be clear #SanFrancisco does not have grants for #SmallBusinesses I’ve checked with SFOEWD & asked multiple times what is the plan for small biz & basically I’ve received a lot of tlk that means nothing. My industry which is #spa was kept down the longest with 0 help ⬇️

#SanFrancisco didn’t let spas, tattoo artists, hair, estheticians work for over a yr & when we did open we could only be at 15%. We were hurt the worst with no help from the city. London Breed what is the plan for our industry & all #SmallBusinesses in #SF? ⬇️

#SanFrancisco is the slowest city to recover & yet no one who works for the city talks abt this. #SF is going to lose all of its #SmallBusinesses if it keeps ignoring us. They def want their tax $ but I feel like we should hold off on paying until the city starts to help us. ⬇️

.Heather Knight the SFDPH is targeting The Scarlet Sage. They’re claiming that they don’t have the right permit to sell herbs. This completely destroys the biz. Also, they have sold herbs for 30 yrs. These same herbs are sold ALL over Chinatown, Clement str & San Bruno Ave.

They are a minority owned biz both female & queer. The owner just moved from the Mission b/c of crime to Fillmore Str. & did a build out. It’s confusing why the SFDPH is targeting them. London Breed we need to do better by our #SmallBusiness #sanfrancisco #LGBTQI
