Always talk to people and do your research when you are looking for a lawyer to represent you. So many people are so nice until you hire them and realize slowly it’s too late so they are forced to settle with peanuts & silenced with #NDA

They provoke you until you snap, then sit back and call you "crazy." It’s a twisted game designed to make you look unstable. Your anger is very much valid. Just don’t give them the satisfaction of reacting on their terms. Stay sharp. Stay disciplined.

People need to understand that once you go through your worst time alone, you really don't care who stays in your life anymore.

Any lawyer who makes a victim of sexual violence sign a NDA to cover up for the perpetrators and for the employers, is helping continue the cycle of violence and needs to be investigated and disbarred. Employers have spend decades burying sexual violence with the help of lawyers.

When you validate a trauma survivor you're not just letting them know you believe them, but letting them know you're not creating more trauma for them to heal from. Validation is healing in real time.

Sexual assault accusations don’t end a man’s career/life.At least not in policing. The officers who sexually harassed me& send text messages about my vagina and the detective who sexually assaulted me still at work. I got fired.Violence against women is systemic. Always was. #NDA
