8/ government don't believe this is a problem after the "tweak" to the taper in the March 2020 budget. I can categorically state the problem isn't fixed & waiting lists are going nowhere till government actually fix the elephant in the room - pension taxation. RT if you agree

Completely agree with Tony. Work force crisis and complete lack of plans to retain highly trained consultants - abatement and trusts not reducing on call for >60. Madness

Retention seems very important given 67yr pension - who will stay past 60yrs if job plan does not reflect a balance - reduction of on call
